• Ad Listings: Property details, photos, and location data that you voluntarily submit when posting ads.
• Location Data: With your permission, we access your device location to help you find nearby properties.
• Device Information: Basic device data such as OS version and app version for troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To allow you to create an account and post property ads.
• To display relevant property listings to other users.
• To provide location-based search features.
• To improve app performance and fix bugs.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication and database storage.
• Cloudinary: For image storage and delivery.
• Law enforcement if required by law.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) services. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Location Permission

The App requests access to your device location only to show your current position on the map and help you find nearby properties. Location data is never stored on our servers without your explicit input.

6. Camera & Storage Permission

The App requests camera and storage access only when you choose to upload photos for a property ad. We do not access your gallery or camera without your action.

7. Children's Privacy

Basera is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

• You can update or delete your account at any time.
• You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can revoke location/camera permissions from your device settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
